Clients reviews about Contemporary Home Construction, Llc

CHC completed a 3 month renovation of my home at the beginning of 2022. I found them to be very reasonably priced, and very easy to work with. So far, I don't have any complaints about the quality of their work. Some things that stood out for me: 1. The communication is very prompt. I was able to get a response either immediately or within an hour or two. 2. This was my first remodel, and Siamak was very helpful and patient with answering my questions and helping me pick out all the materials. He also walked me through various options, even if it meant reducing the amount of work. 3. I have been able to provide feedback and get some follow up work done with no issues. I would definitely recommend their services, and will likely use their expertise for future projects. ~ sandeep a

Our place looks like a home in Architectural Digest! CHC is a super dependable, family owned and operated construction company. We had a slow leak in our walls and we needed a full home remodel — we needed new flooring, drywall, painting, framing, cabinetry, windows, plumbing, and electric. CHC’s team of professionals and suppliers quickly made us feel like we were in good hands. CHC was comfortable working within our HOA’s/condos budget to reconstruct our entire kitchen to code and put in new ventilation. Additionally, they helped with landscaping and ceiling soundproofing. We were so pleased with their work that we were comfortable referring them to many friends and neighbors. We will definitely be calling them when we are ready to remodel our bathrooms! ~ Maryam G

Similar to several other reviews here, we had a very positive experience working with Siamak and his team. We evaluated a few quotes for a recent remodeling project and CHC's quote was far more reasonable and clearly itemized. What sealed the deal for us was Siamak's willingness to answer a ton of questions and visit our place a couple of times to fully understand the scope even before we signed the contract. His team was efficient, and where they needed guidance/oversight Siamak was always around. Siamak ensured he sent over one of his guys to fix some dry wall work that we weren't quite happy with. Overall, the team did a great job. We appreciated Siamak's willingness to partner with us on some parts of the project that we were DIY-ing. We'd be more than happy to recommend CHC to our friends & family, and hire them for future projects. ~ Aparna D

We bought a home in Redmond which needed a lot of renovation work like removing the popcorn ceiling, existing flooring removal and new floor installation, adding a brand new kitchen including cabinet installation, wall removal to make it a great room, bathroom remodeling, entry door installation and whole house exterior and interior painting. Siam worked with us through out the project giving ideas and suggestions. Also allowing us to choose our products and help us cutting the cost being a very big project. He gave price list for every single work. We compared the cost with a couple of others but Siam seemed to be reasonable. Also others came up for a minimum 5month timeline but Siam was able to complete within 2.5 months though he had a couple of other active projects. Excellent commitment and work. ~ Buvana M

I am not someone who writes reviews. But CHC Remodel earned this one. We had a closed-off kitchen in our Bellevue home that we hated for 11 years. We finally called Siamak. He walked through the house, spotted the load-bearing wall we were scared to touch, and told us exactly how his structural engineer would handle it. They removed the wall. Opened the whole floor. Built a 10-foot island we still can't stop standing at. The job took 9 weeks. The final bill matched the quote — exactly. Not $200 over. Not a dollar over. If you want kitchen remodeling in Bellevue done by people who actually show up, actually communicate, and actually finish what they said they'd finish — call CHC. I've already sent them two neighbors ~ Xmart p

We had a great experience working with CHC for our multi-room remodelling, covering extensive work from electrical, plumbing, flooring and painting. We worked together on a clear list of items that were needed to get our desired results and Siamak has always been very helpful in suggesting cost effective solutions to any unexpected problem that might occur as you start tearing down things and progress the work (as it happens). Communication was timely, his team always showed up as planned and are just great professionals and attentive to detail; we are very happy with the end result of our project and would recommend CHC to anyone that is looking for a high quality and fairly priced GC work for their build / renovation project. ~ Tudor D

We recently hired Contemporary Home Construction to remodel our fireplace, and we couldn't be happier with the results! Siamak and his crew are hands down the BEST team we've ever worked with. From start to finish, Siamak maintained a high standard of quality and offered invaluable suggestions that greatly enhanced the project. As new homeowners, we truly appreciated his expertise and guidance. The new fireplace is absolutely stunning! We've received countless compliments, particularly on the gorgeous color of the mantel, which was Siamak's suggestion. The attention to detail and craftsmanship are evident in every aspect of the remodel. We highly recommend Siamak's team to anyone in search of an efficient and professional crew that consistently delivers top-notch work. Thank you, Siamak and team, for exceeding our expectations! CHC remodeled 2 bathrooms for us after we had water damage from a broken pipe. They did an excellent job, making both far nicer than they ever were. They gave us excellent advice, so we were able to get the best value for the money, buying items where we found the best deals, locally and online. CHC took care of demolition, construction, plumbing, electrical and clean-up, and they were very flexible with timing, working around our vacation plans in the Summer. The individual doing the work had first class skills, really great craftsmanship, making suggestions that provided an extra level of elegance in the final outcome. Also a very pleasant individual to work with and trustworthy as we left him home alone to complete the work. Visitors to our home often compliment the bathrooms. I intend to use CHC for some other remodeling we have planned, and I highly recommend them. ~ Ajoy B

I worked with CHC remodel to do a full remodel of a newly purchased fixer upper. Specifically, we worked on remodeling the kitchen, bathroom, flooring, and fixing all the damaged drywalls. In addition, CHC converted the unfinished basement into a finished living space which can be rented separately. This idea was suggested by Siamak from CHC and will provide us with additional rental income. The work was done very quickly, they stayed within the proposed time and budget which is very hard to come by these days. I appreciate all the team's hard work and couldn't be happier. Will definitely use CHC remodel for our next project. ~ Sep M

We transformed our garage into a living space and were initially a bit skeptical about how it would turn out. However, Siamak and the team guided us through every phase, addressing all our questions and providing detailed advice on selecting the right materials and room architecture. The entire process, including obtaining county approvals, took six months. Now, we are thoroughly enjoying our new space. Siamak's leadership and understanding of our needs resulted in a project outcome that exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Siamak and the team for any remodeling projects. ~ Pavan K

We had a great experience working with Contemporary Home Constructions. From the beginning, they were very attentive and kept great communication throughout the project. They did an excellent job with the wall repairs for my Pilates studio, everything looks clean and professional. What stood out the most was how fair and reasonable their pricing was, and how they helped us think through what we actually needed so the work could be done in the most affordable and efficient way. We really appreciate their honesty, quality of work, and professionalism. Highly recommend them! ~ Maria G

I don't leave reviews unless they're very positive or very negative... My experience with CHC and Siamak were far better than I expected going into this project. I had a few estimates where companies were trying to take advantage of me (or very poor estimators) as they were 5x the proposal CHC provided. Siamak was a great communicator, timely in responses, helped provide suggestions to make the project as cost effective as possible while maintaining my vision. His team was very respectful and did a tremendous job. Overall, it was a very positive experience. ~ Matthew B

A friend referred me to Siamak (CHC). Work included popcorn ceiling removal, painting ceiling and walls, installing new lighting fixtures, kitchen remodeling, installation of appliances.
